What to expect from us Along the way
Phase 1 - I think I may be interested, let's get the ball rolling!
We love what we do, so let's get together and talk about what you need completed. Are you looking to add a flexible home office space? Great, that sounds like fun, let's talk about it. Or maybe you just need something as simple as painting, let's take a look at that also. Let's not forget about that deck build, wouldn't it be nice to explore your outdoor options? Whatever your needs, reach out and touch base with us to get the ball rolling. We would love to offer up a consultation to learn more about you and your project.
Phase 2- Pre-Construction
Discussions regarding budget, timeline, and the needs of the project will be had. At this time, an estimate of our services will be procured. Once an estimate is agreed upon, a final bid can then be placed within a contract that we can both stand behind.
Phase 3 - Construction
How exciting! At this time, we have hashed out the finer details of your project and are ready to begin. Permits have been obtained and all the ideas and considerations of your project can now come to life. We understand that although exciting, this phase can also be stressful. As such, we progress through each phase of construction with the highest levels of communication and provide thoughtful solutions to any considerations and or concerns along the way.
Phase 4 - Post Construction
It was a joy to work on, but it is now time to turn the project over to its rightful owner. By this time, we have worked with you on a final completion punch-list, satisfied the obligations of the contract, and offer a continued commitment towards our product. Hooray! Enjoy your new space!
